Big bags..... that are dark. YIKES?

seems like all teenagers have them ... i have serious dark circles like serious plus i am dark skin so they are visible more.. wellevery night i apply nivea under my eye and in the morning without brushing my teeth i drink 3 gl of wter.. helped n they r going away ...... also try loreal dark circles cream
