Lol question inspired by shia user?

idk if they're even considered Muslims. i mean the shahadah(translation) is "i bear witness there is no god but Allah and i bear witness that MUHAMMAD IS THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH". so if they think it was ccindental, they think he's not a real/true prophet. thus they are in disbelief.
