Will appetite suppressants help with eating less than 400 calories a day?

Why are you trying to tell your body you're not starving when you are? 300-600 calories so low and your body is trying to keep up. Even if you lived a very sedentary lifestyle that still would not be nearly enough. You're going to have serious complications if you keep that up for a long period of time. You may think you're okay cause you're young but it is really going to cause a lot of damage down the road. You've been tired and weak during kickboxing and dance because your body is not being nourished. You're also on the thin side(if not really underweight) if you're 5'4". You will get more energy by eating more(and of course healthy foods, since processed foods and fast foods will make you feel sluggish). If you take a pill to suppress your appetite it might speed the likeliness of a heart attack or other life threatening ailment up, too. You have to change your mindset on this or you might not have a life soon. What is the most important thing to you?
