I am wanting to sell things I make (sew and embroidery) on the net, what is the best way to get started?

I sew and embroider and I would love to be able to sell or take orders over the net. I love what I do and would love to do that for others. I do custom bags, boutique style clothes, purses, quilts, rag quilts, rag quilt bags, if I can get a picture I will figure out how to do it. If anyone has advice please email me or post it here I hope to get some pics up soon.
