How to tell the puppy is healthy?

a puppy should not have watering eyes. they should be hyper and playful. They should be round and chubby. Do not buy a puppy out of some ones car. Only buy from a good breeder and there is no such thing as a t-cup yorkie, only runts. And runts aren't healthy.
