On thinkorswim's thinkdesktop program are you able to set up algorithm trading?

I was wondering because i always hear about algo trading and i looked online and some posts said that thinkdesktop does have it and others said it didn't and I don't really know if prodigio is the algo trading platform. Also, if using prodigio is it integrated within thinkdesktop or a separate program because i kind of like to have everything in one program.
