WHAT MOVIE IS THIS?!?!?!!?!?

ok. So i was at my girlfriends house, and we put on a movie, needless to say, we did not really watch the movie. Alls i remember is the beggining, and one other part from the movie, so bare with me here please, if u help me lll rate 10 stars. OK soo basicly in the begging of this movie, i remember this guy who was like a cop or somthin, and his daughter were at home. They were just talking and having a normal conversation, and she says i dont feel so good im gunna go lie down. Her dad goes to get her gingerale, and she like, starts barfing, and like all this stuf. So he takes her toward the front door so he can take her to the hospital, when he opens the front door theres this guy with a skii mask on holding a shotgun. He yells there last name (wich i dont remember) and than blasts his daughter. <<<
