How come out of 7 hours of coverage, the mainstream news covered 58 seconds of GW?

I remember when Bush was inaugurated in January 2001.....they had a split screen of him walking down the street and the Clinton's flying off into the sunset. So much for it being BUSH'S day. More proof of the media bias in this country.
