well first of all as you kan see i had time to read it all.... lol but yea i think its really nice that you and him are really good friends and he tells you about him relationships... i think in a way he also has feelings for you but dosnt know how to tell you either... in my opinion you should totaly tell him before you regret it, Because TRUST ME there will come a time when its too late and if he does have feelings for you and you dont tell him you feel the same he will probably just move on..... go for it. just tell him!!!
