95 chevy astro is taking my sanity?

i have a 95 chevy astro 4.3 awd sometimes it doenst want to start right away yet at times it will start right up. I replaced the egr, the cat converter, the furl pump and filter and total tune up plugs wires the work. But i am having trouble getting it to start when its not a cold start. and its stalling every time i try to step on the gas. it has improved but not sure what else to look for please help kinda need this van got 4 kids to truck around.
