well.. i think there are different types of depression.. theres the one where something recent has happened to you, so u feel depressed, well u just have to giv urself a reason to go on with it if u get what i mean, dont giv in to ur depression, make up excuses to go on denying it.. thats what i do.. sometimes it dont work though, but thats only with the depressions that no-one or a book can cure except a therapist...
