How good is Cam Newton?

Yeah Cam Newton is the best in college right now but can he be just as good in the NFL. By that I mean can he be a good accurate per and make good decisions and pick up the first down with his feet when he has too can he be like Vick or Vince Young or be a dissapointment like Troy Smith who is not a pocket per and is not that accurate. Can Cam Newton go to the NFL and succeed in his rookie year like Mark Sanchez, Sam Bradford, Matt Ryan ect. or is he a QB who has to develop over the years or is he just going to end up a bust like Brady Quinn or Jimmy Clausen. What do you think? Is he capable of doing these things?
