How to deal with a mom who is mean, strict, critical, and when you trreat her bad she flips out and crys.?

well im 16 and my mom is atotal ******. every little thing she freaks out about lke not letting me see my friends, have fun, eat ceartin things. also she loves to hit me...? so i dont know what todo i need help!!!
