I am wondering what kind of bird I should get.?

I am currently a grade 11 student who has been looking for a pet forever. I currently own 2 dogs and 2 cats. I have grown up surrounded by animals and have also taken in many foster animals. However, the only birds I've owned were Zebra Finches. I knew a woman who had an African Grey Parrot who I absolutely loved, and was wondering what kind of bird would be a good bird for me. I would like something I can interact with. Thanks (:
