Go back to the VP (whoever the heck she is) and tell her he is still hitting, hard enough to bruise. She will speak to him and he may stop. Meanwhile, Veronica sounds desperate to have a BF, even if he's an idiot. Be a good friend and tell her that hitting, or flicking on the back of the head is not fun, it is abuse. Tell her she needs to have more pride in herself than to accept this.
