Please Help Me!!!?

Ok well I have been having heart burn and I have been tired the last 2 days well my last period was the 10th of July so I do know its to early to test to find out but I wanted to know if anyone knows any tricks or ways you have herd of to get pregnant with an ascending cervix I have been tolled to have in a different position but I don’t know if that will work and I have never talked to anyone with the same thing as I have so please tell me what you think or if you know anything that could help. I was tolled 2 years ago that I have an ascending cervix and we have been ttc for about 7 mo and nothing I have normal periods for the most part (last 3-5 days and are 23-26 days apart) I have been taking all the prenatal pills and I have taken b-6 every other day so if anyone can help me please let me know please no mean or un helpful answers
