Should Bush pay a 90% tax on his 7 million dollar book deal?

I believe Obama had several book deals, so did his wife as well as Bill and Hillary Clinton and I even think good old Monica had a book. Why don't we just tax everyone who writes books at 90%? Would that make you happy?
