It tells that Lincoln was a determined president to bring both sides in harmony by cherishing what we have --- (America). To come together and clean the wounds we both brought onto ourselves and others. If I had been a southerner, I would've agree and let the terrorism of mine to end and do the same for others. Being a rebel and going against human equality (slavery) is not right.
