a lot of your problems might be resolved if you drew the equilateral triangle from which 30 and 60 degree angles were found and then via Pythagoras and SOHCAHTOA sin cos and tan of 30 and 60 degrees can be read of...also sec cosec cot as well.... the isosceles triangle generates the surds or exact values for sin cos or tan of 45 degrees...
